11. Savannah, GA (T+L's Best Cities for Hipsters)

Travel + Leisure cite things like friendliness, pride and their love of cocktails for Savannah's high ranking, and that's all true, but it's also simply a beautiful small city and the food is outta this world fantastic (especially Mrs. Wilkes', Ele, and, of course, The Olde Pink House). And unless you're insistent on one of the historic homes on a square (a la Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), the prices are fairly reasonable. Lofts aren't common here, but we think this one's especially livable with 2 beds/2 baths, huge windows that bring in tons of light, and upgrades like granite counters, glass tiles, bamboo floors and parking. We also like its location, close to Savannah College of Art and Design, the epicenter of the town's happening art scene, and the asking price of $268.9K. For more info/pics, go here
