13. Santa Fe, NM (T+L's Best Cities for Hipsters)

It's theme week at icouldbehappyhere!: We're counting down the top 15 of Travel + Leisure's list of America's Best Cities for Hipsters. The mag says that quirky, non-chain boutiques, home decor and design shops, and the arts scene are just a few of the reasons why Santa Fe, the state capital, made the list, but "peace and quiet" were also noted. Which you'd find if you lived in this vintage pueblo revival, although it's just a few blocks from the city's Plaza (where summer concerts are a must). The authenticity starts at this old wood door entrance into a courtyard and continues inside the 1 bed/2 bath (easily converted to 2 beds) home, with enchanting kiva fireplaces, terracotta tile floors, beamed ceilings, and rustic plaster walls. Today's deal at $319K, it includes a covered patio and hot tub area. Picture this: listening to those summer concerts while lolling in the hot tub, wine in hand, and gazing at the stars. Heaven, right? For a peek behind the door, go here
