Thank God Los Angeles has such a large metropolitan area, otherwise we'd never be able to even think about relocating, prices being as high as they are. And this tiny but perfectly formed 1950 home really does make a case for packing up and heading to the other coast. Situated in the hilly northeastern nabe of Mount Washington, the 2 bed/1 bath has just 630 square feet, but they're well-utilized and well-designed. We're loving the wood ceilings, sleek red kitchen cabinets, gorgeous modern bath, and interior opaque glass doors. Outside is this sizeable stone patio surrounded by flora, fauna and views.
